The way we travel is different now and we understand that it’s important for our Guests to know what steps we take to help protect you, your loved ones, and your Guests from COVID-19. Government authorities, hosting and travel sites are also looking at cleaning practices in the home sharing sector as they create guidelines to protect their communities.
It’s important that we all do our part to help keep our guests, their families, friends and our staff safe and healthy . With this in mind, we adopted the same mandatory safety practices that everyone in the vacation rental community is asked to adhere to and follow.
COVID-19 Safety Practices
When required by local laws or guidelines, our Hosts, Staff and Guests must agree to wear a mask or face covering when interacting in person and maintain 6 feet (2 meters) of distance from each other. Hosts are also required to follow a rigorous 5-step enhanced cleaning process between each stay. Learn more about the COVID-19 safety practices.
The 5-step Enhanced Cleaning Process
We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb’s cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.
Here are a few highlights of our cleaning process:

We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination

We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room

Our Cabins and Rentals have been tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind. We have grade A, fully-equipped kitchens that invite you to enjoy a night in, whether you cook a wonderful meal for yourself, family or guests or take advantage of our concierge private chef service.
We provide high-end bedding and linens, modern baths where style meets function for a spa like bath time experience. Soft and absorbent bath sheets, and thoughtfully designed living spaces where guests can kick back watch TV, or entertain their family, friends or guests. Our uniquely curated spaces invite you to find a nook – relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the Picture Perfect views.
CONCEIRGE SERVICE
Its our pleasure to assist you with restaurant recommendations, arranging for spa services, recommending night life hot spots, booking transportation (like taxi, limousines, airplanes, boats, etc.), procuring tickets to special events, and assisting with Local Experiences from horseback riding to waterfall tours, or other local attractions.
