  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • What is your check-out time?
    Our check-out time is 11 am, however we can coordinate a late check-out for you if it is available and no one has an early check-in after your check-out date. Late check-out is to be arranged in 24-48 hours in advance through our online concierge desk.
  • How do I search for vacation rentals and view rates?
    You can browse our cabin and vacation rentals by submitting a form on our website entering your travel dates in the Search Rentals field on any page of our website, or by calling our offices. We will assist you with the available homes based on several criteria, including number of bedrooms and guest count. Once you check availability, we will send you individual properties that meet your criteria with nightly rates. When you’re ready, you can make a reservation online or over the phone. Call or email our team during business hours for help selecting the perfect home, to request additional services, or for questions. Nightly rates are subject to change until a reservation is made, and do not include taxes, cleaning fees, the Damage Protection Fee, or any additional fees or requested services.
  • What is your check-in time?
    Our check-in time is 4 pm, however, we can coordinate a late check-in for you if it is available and no one has a late check-out prior to your check-in date. Early check-in is to be arranged in 24-48 hours in advance through our online concierge desk.
  • When is your check-in time?
    Our Check-In time is 4 pm for all of our rentals, however, if there is availability to do so and no one has a late check-out on your check-in date we can make arrangements for an early check-in.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
